OBITUARY
The members were informed about the sad demise of the fellow anatomist Dr. John Christudas. The member stood for two minutes to mourn and to pray almighty to grant pease to the departed soul.

SECERTARY REPORT
Ratification of new members:
The secretary told that 50 new life members enrolled and their names were read out. The general body approved their memberships.

AUDITOR'S REPORTS
The tresurer presented the audited statement of the annual account for the year 2005-2006 as on date for scrutiny and it was unanimously approved. It was decided to Increase the dissertation fee for Postgraduate and Under graduate.

EDITOR REPORT:
The editor in chief Prof.A.Krishnamurthi thanked editorial board for their help and co- operation in bringing up the journal IN TH FLYING STYLE. He informed the page change in the journal for the accepted article and the general body approved it. The cost was fixed as Rs.500/- per page immaterial of colour or black white. The general body unanimously approved this.
