The third executive committee meeting of the association of anatomists-tamilnadu Was held in the department of anatomy, ALM PG IBMS THARAMANI , CHENNAI on 10.02.06
Prof.A.K., Dr.Vathsala Venkatesan, Dr.Wms.Jhonson, Dr.Sundarapandian, Dr.Ratnasamy and,Dr.Deepthi conveyed their inability to attend the meeting.

The Vice President Dr. S.Muthukrishnan chaired the meeting.
The Secretary Dr.V.Rajaram welcomed all the members.

Agenda & Resolutions :
1)Dr.Melani rajendran handed over last year dissertation circular for perusual of the members and Dr.Rajaram thanked her.
2)Dr.Prakash has been requested to print 100 life membership certificates&application forms to enroll new members. 3)Dr.Johnson has to be requested to transfer the useful data from old web to new site.
4)Decided to request our members to become member of ASI.
5)Request all members to update their addresses.
6) Decided to request all deans/principals of medical and dental colleges of tamilnadu and pudhucherry to give vacation to staffs working in anatomy departments.(30 days/every 6 months)
7)Secretary has to request prof.A.K. to put C.D.of his speech on voice and perception.

Last date - May 31st : judges report on 1st August. Decided to request all medical colleges to buy our journal at the rate of Rs.1000/2copies. Due to hevy recurrent expenses on postages,it has been decided to use our new web site for communications. Dr.Johnson to update our new web site. Decided to request the government to give T.A.& DA and O.D.to the anatomists presenting papers,chairng or giving guest lecture in conferences. The meeting concluded with vote of thanks by the secretary.
