Minutes of the Third Executive Committe Meeting held at Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute on 30.01.2010 at 4.00 PM in the Department of Anatomy.

Following executive members were present.

The following members conveyed their inability to attend the meeting.

Dr.S.Aruna ,Dr.Vathsala Venkatesan, Dr.W.M.S.Jhonson, Dr. R. Ramesh Kumar and
Prof.G. Chandrasekar.

The meeting was presided over by the Past President Dr Melani Rajendran. The General Secretary
Dr. S.Senthil kumar welcomed all the members.

The members stood two minutes silence to mourn and to pray the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul of Dr .Radha Ramanathan. A condolence letter will be send to her family members.

Dr Girija,  Organising  secretary of the 33rd Annual Conference to be held on second 11th & 12th  of September 2010  at Karpaga Vinayaga  Institute of Dental Sciences & Research Centre discussed about the registration fees, accommodation , prizes for award winners, and certificates.

The Joint Editor  Dr V. Sankar   presented and explained the guide lines (Enclosed) of  our Association Journal - Anatomical Adjuncts  to be  published in online. The members present approved the guidelines and appreciated the work carried out by Dr.V. Sankar and  its team.

The Editor In-Chief    Prof. A. Krishnamurti  requested the Secretary  to get consent of life  members by post regarding publishing of the journal online and get these ratified during the GB meeting which is scheduled to take place on 11.09. 2010.

The meeting concluded with the vote of thanks by the Treasurer Dr.S.Prakash.
